M6 Special Flat Cap/Blind nuts

It took us just 2 hours to make a small batch of these cap nuts to our customers sample. He didn't know what thread was being used and he found the cap the sample he had wouldn't go all the way.
But we were able to modify the internal thread profile slightly to allow a deeper thread engagement without altering the overall size of the nuts.
Another customer happy with our goods that they'll be ordering a much larger quantity from us!
